Cancellation of VOO internet

Hello team,

I have submitted online request for cancellation of VOO Internet in mid December-2024 and also called the customer support team. I have already submitted the VOO modem via bpost. I have received the invoice for complete December month. I think my subscription is not cancelled yet. Can you please check and confirm?

VOO client id: 0022277747

I have left the country and cannot access to myvoo. I don't have access to my registered email address 'prity.mishra@telenetgroup.be' because I no longer work in that organisation. My personal email address is : ms.prity_mishra@yahoo.com

The cancellation invoice has been issued and an amount of 4.43€ is in your favor.

 

Can we process the refund to the account number ending with
