Change Internet subscription
Hello
HeIlo I pay for a Giganet subscription, but over the last year, it has never come close to the 1,0000 mb/s download speed. So rather than pay for a product I don't get, can I move to a 200 mb/s subscription package as this is the speed actually being provided.
thank you

Hello @SimonDraper ,
The change is possible, but wouldn't you like us to try to find a solution before making the change, which would only take effect on 01/02 if the change is made in January.
I see in your file that you have a very high consumption.
How do you control the speed of your connection?
Could you do a speed test, connecting only one PC to the modem and disconnecting all other devices, and let me know the results ?

Thanks I will do that - again. But in the past, when directly connecting to the Technicolor Router, I've not got close to 1,000 mbs.
I am using a tplink Deco X90 mesh system with WiFi 6. I stream all my tv watching through Apple TV and it often 'buffers'. Speed in the Deco unit one away from the main one is 30-50 mbs.
Will let you know when I have time to do the speed test.
