No internet connection

Good morning,

I’ve been facing a problem with my internet connection since yesterday evening. The "@" light keeps blinking in red. I checked the connection and restarted the modem several times.  Please assist with fixing this issue at the earliest. I live in Ixelles.

So, don’t hesitate to contact Voo support again via 078/50.50.50, the myVOO Chat, Messenger or WhatsApp (+32455183447).
Their services are accessible by phone from Monday to Friday between 8:30 am and 6:00 pm and until 8:00 pm via social networks.
