@Thibault I have added my customer number. Internet in now intermittent, tried to call customer service but no English speaking operators. We also have an old modem that needs updating.
After checking, the signal reaching your home is really not good. A technician is required. He can come on weekday mornings (8am-1pm) or afternoons (1pm-5pm). Please note that an adult must be present or the technician will charge you €50 for a missed appointment. When would you be available?
