No signal and no technical visit

Dear support,


My modem turns on but it doesn’t connect to the network.

Yesterday I wrote the problem in the Messenger channel and no answer. Then I went to the store at Chaussée d'Ixelles to report it and they scheduled a visit for the same afternoon. Nobody appeared though.

It is unfair to pay regularly for the service and don’t have it.

Hello, there are no voo officials present on Sundays and holidays on the forum. You must call the technical service at 078/505050.

I'm sorry for the delay before answering you but as previously stated, we are not active on Sundays and holidays.

I see that you had contacted the technical department the same day and that the problem was solved directly.
